Nella locazione sono comprese le spese di elettricità, acqua, gas, il posteggio, l’uso della piscina e  la pulizia iniziale. La casa andrà riconsegnata pulita e libera da spazzatura. All’arrivo verrà richiesta una cauzione di euro 300 che verrà restituita alla riconsegna della casa se non verranno riscontrati danni.

Im Mietvertrag inbegriffen sind: Kosten für Wasser, Strom, Gas, Parking,  Anfangsreinigung, Benützung des Schwimmbades. Bei Ankunft ist ein Depot von 300 € zu bezahlen, welcher beim Check-out zurückerstattet wird, wenn keine Schäden festgestellt werden. Das Haus muss sauber und ohne Müll zurückgegeben werden. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung nicht im Preis inbegriffen.

The lease includes the cost of electricity, water, gas, parking, use of the pool and  the initial cleaning.

The house will be returned clean and free of trash. Upon arrival you will be asked for a deposit of € 300 which will be refunded at the end of the holiday if there are no damages. Sheets, towels and final cleaning not included in the price.

Le bail comprend le coût de l'électricité, l'eau, le gaz, le parking, la piscine et le nettoyage initial.

La maison sera rendu propre et sans débris. A votre arrivée on vous demanderà une caution de 300 € qui vous sera remboursé au moment du retour des clés de la maison s’il n y aura aucun dommage.
Draps, serviettes et ménage de fin de séjour non inclus dans le prix.
