Splendida casa con 3 camere da letto per 4 persone , 2 grandi bagni/doccia e vasca , grande soggiorno e cucina con lavastoviglie, locale lavanderia, patio esterno coperto direttamente sul giardino con splendida vista mare e piscina.

Locazione da sabato a sabato check in dalle ore 17 (non oltre le ore 22), check out entro le ore 10 

Possibilita' aria condizionata nella camera matrimoniale a euro 80/settimana. Nella locazione sono comprese le spese di elettricità, acqua, gas, il posteggio, l’uso della piscina e  la pulizia iniziale. La casa andrà riconsegnata pulita e libera da spazzatura. All’arrivo verrà richiesta una cauzione di euro 250 che verrà restituita alla riconsegna della casa se non verranno riscontrati danni. Se non fosse possible riconsegnare la casa pulita verranno addebitati euro 50.

The lease includes the cost of electricity, water, gas, parking, use of the pool and  the initial cleaning.

The house will be returned clean and free of trash. Upon arrival you will be asked for a deposit of € 250 which will be refunded at the end of the holiday if there are no damages. If the house is not left by the tenant in good clean conditions and free of rubbish there will be a deduction of 50 euros from of deposit.

 

 

 

 

Wunderschönes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern für 4 Personen, 2 große Badezimmer / Dusche und Badewanne, ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler , direkt an der überdachten Terrasse Garten mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer und den Pool.Vermietung von Samstag bis Samstag in vom 17. Uhr einchecken (nicht mehr als 22 Stunden), Check-out bis 10 UhrMöglichkeit, "Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer bei € 80/Woche. Im Mietvertrag inbegriffen sind: Kosten für Wasser, Strom, Gas, Parking,  Anfangsreinigung, Benützung des Schwimmbades. Bei Ankunft ist ein Depot von 250 € zu bezahlen, welcher beim Check-out zurückerstattet wird, wenn keine Schäden festgestellt werden. Das Haus muss sauber und ohne Müll zurückgegeben werden. Falls es nicht machbar wäre, werden 50 € vom Depot abgezogen.

Le bail comprend le coût de l'électricité, l'eau, le gaz, le parking, la piscine et le nettoyage initial.

La maison sera rendu propre et sans débris. A votre arrivée on vous demanderà une caution de 250 € qui vous sera remboursé au moment du retour des clés de la maison s’il n y aura aucun dommage. Si il serà impossible  de retourner la maison propre serà facturé 50 €.
