Bilocale per 2+2 persone con bagno/doccia, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e cucina (lavatrice) , letto matrimoniale sul soppalco, patio esterno coperto direttamente sul giardino con parziale vista mare.

Locazione da sabato a sabato check in dalle ore 17 (non oltre le ore 22), check out entro le ore 10.

Nella locazione sono comprese le spese di elettricità, acqua, gas, il posteggio, l’uso della piscina e  la pulizia iniziale. La casa andrà riconsegnata pulita e libera da spazzatura. All’arrivo verrà richiesta una cauzione di euro 200 che verrà restituita alla riconsegna della casa se non verranno riscontrati danni. Se non fosse possible riconsegnare la casa pulita verranno addebitati euro 40. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani non sono compresi nel prezzo. 

Aria condizionata extra Euro 180 alla settimana. Possibilità di aggiungere a pagamento ulteriori 2 camere doppie con bagno nel seminterrato della casa.

Vermietung von Samstag bis Samstag in vom 17. Uhr einchecken (nicht mehr als 22 Uhr), Check-out bis 10 Uhr
Im Mietvertrag inbegriffen sind: Kosten für Wasser, Strom, Gas, Parking,  Anfangsreinigung, Benützung des Schwimmbades. Bei Ankunft ist ein Depot von 200 € zu bezahlen, welcher beim Check-out zurückerstattet wird, wenn keine Schäden festgestellt werden. Das Haus muss sauber und ohne Müll zurückgegeben werden. Falls es nicht machbar wäre, werden 40 € vom Depot abgezogen.Klimaanlage ist extra 180 Euro pro Woche. Fähigkeit, zusätzliche Zahlung zu 2 Doppelzimmern mit Bad hinzufügen im Keller des Hauses. Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht im Preis inbegriffen.

The lease includes the cost of electricity, water, gas, parking, use of the pool and  the initial cleaning.

The house will be returned clean and free of trash. Upon arrival you will be asked for a deposit of € 200 which will be refunded at the end of the holiday if there are no damages. If the house is not left by the tenant in good clean conditions and free of rubbish there will be a deduction of 40 euros from of deposit.

Air conditioning is extra Euro 180 per week. Ability to add additional payment to 2 double bedrooms with bathroom in the basement of the house. Bedsheet and towels not incluede.

Le bail comprend le coût de l'électricité, l'eau, le gaz, le parking, la piscine et le nettoyage initial.

La maison sera rendu propre et sans débris. A votre arrivée on vous demanderà une caution de 200 € qui vous sera remboursé au moment du retour des clés de la maison s’il n y aura aucun dommage. Si il serà impossible  de retourner la maison propre serà facturé 40 €.

La climatisation est très Euro 180 par semaine. Possibilité d'ajouter des paiements supplémentaires à 2 chambres doubles avec salle de bains au sous-sol de la maison. Draps et serviettes ne sont pas inclus dans le prix.
